A-Rod Steps in it Again
The Yankees have been forced to ban Alex Rodriguez‘ infamous cousin Yuri Sucart from their facilities after A-Rod was caught being driven away from a spring training game by the former drug mule. “Yuri won’t be around anymore,” a source told the New York Daily News. “They can’t stop him from hanging out with him away from the ballpark, but he won’t be at the ballpark.” Reports say Sucart drove his Suburban right into a restricted area outside the park in Dunedin, Florida and picked up A-Rod and fellow Yankee Nick Swisher. GM Brian Cashman claims he was not aware Sucart had been granted access to this area, but says the situation has been “taken care of.” Well Brian, maybe that specific situation was taken care of, but the larger situation? Clearly not taken care of. Not as long as A-Rod continues to completely miss the point of all that public relations stuff he hired those people to help him with. Someone needs to get a dictionary and show Alex the definition of the word “perception.” Also, if I were Alex, I’d get my money back from whoever helped me with that press conference.
