Alex Rodriguez Parties Like it’s 2001-2003

AUTHOR: | IN: Uncategorized | COMMENTS: None Yet

The folks at Radar Online have unearthed pictures of Alex Rodriguez whooping it up with some sexah female companions in the Bahamas literally the night before the world found out he was a juicer.  Witnesses say A-Fraud was downing Grey Goose all that evening and seemed particularly enamoured of one brunette who was not exactly spurning his advances if you know what I mean.  No, Madonna was not there.  And neither was Cynthia, the ex-wife A-Fraud has reportedly gone running back to in search of solace for his little wounded heart.  Let’s hope Cynthia is smart enough to see this [...]

Who’s the Bigger Fraud: Jennifer Figge or Joaquin Phoenix?

AUTHOR: | IN: Videos | COMMENTS: 6 Comments

Last week the world learned the amazing story of Jennifer Figge, the first woman ever to swim across the Atlantic.  Only problem:  Jennifer Figge never actually swam across the Atlantic.  Oh, sure, she swam part of the way:  About 250 of the 2100 miles from Africa to the Caribbean.  The rest of the time, Jennifer rested and ate…inside the boat.  Now, conveniently, Jennifer and her people claim they never said she was going to actually swim all the way across, and further assert that they didn’t intend the media to hear about it anyway, but were only in it for [...]

Elgin Baylor Suing Clippers, Donald Sterling, Alleging Racism

AUTHOR: | IN: Uncategorized | COMMENTS: None Yet

Elgin Baylor felt burned when the L.A. Clippers fired him after 22 years with the organization – which would explain why he is now suing the team and owner Donald Sterling, alleging all sorts of racism, including the use of demeaning language by Mr. Sterling himself.  Baylor’s lawsuit, filed yesterday in Los Angeles Superior Court, claims Baylor was “discriminated against and unceremoniously released from his position with the team on account of his age and his race” and further asserts that Baylor was “grossly underpaid during his tenure with the Clippers, never earning more than $350,000 per year, when compared [...]

Jake Gyllenhaal isn’t on Steroids. His Hair? Another Story.

AUTHOR: | IN: Uncategorized | COMMENTS: None Yet

Jake Gyllenhaal is looking pretty buff in pics from the set of the highly unanticipated video game adaptation Prince of Persia, but the movie’s producer Jerry Bruckheimer assures us that only natural means were employed to get Jake in that state.  “No, he didn’t [use steroids],” says Bruckheimer.  “No drugs! No drugs, he just worked really hard. Well he’s a cyclist anyway and he bikes all the time so we just had him do a little lifting, but he looks fantastic.”  Well, that’s a great relief Jerry.  Cause if there’s anything I can’t stand, it’s a closeted gay movie actor [...]

Brett Favre Retires “For Good” This Time

AUTHOR: | IN: Jerky Behavior | COMMENTS: None Yet

ESPN broke the news this morning that Brett Favre has informed the Jets he is retiring.  In the same story, it was revealed that Favre’s agent Bus Cook inquired with Jets management about Favre being given his release, a favor the Jets refused to grant.  In other words, Brett’s first choice was to become a free agent, and when that didn’t happen, he retired – more-or-less the same trick he pulled last year when the Packers refused to give him what he wanted.  Some people hold their breath until their faces turn blue when they don’t get their way – [...]

Roberto Alomar Sued for Having Sex With Girlfriend…While Afflicted With AIDS

AUTHOR: | IN: Criminal Behavior | COMMENTS: None Yet

Craziness swirls around former MLB All-Star Roberto Alomar:  According to the New York Daily News, the one-time Indians, Orioles, Blue Jays and Mets superstar is being sued for $15 million by an ex-lover who claims he convinced her to have unprotected sex with him while hiding an AIDS infection.  The plaintiff, Ilya Dall, gives creepy details of how she and Alomar finally confirmed his affliction:  She says Alomar suffered from health issues, including shingles, for months before finally submitting to medical tests in 2006, the year after he retired from baseball (and several years after they began their relationship).  The [...]

Stump the Sussex Spaniel Wins the Westminster Dog Show

AUTHOR: | IN: Photoshop | COMMENTS: None Yet

For the first time in history, a Sussex spaniel has won best in show at the prestigious Westminster Dog Show.  The winning animal, Stump, defeated a Scottish deerhound called Tiger Woods and a dreadlocked Puli, among others, to claim the silver bowl, becoming, at 10 years old, the oldest animal ever to win that particular prize.  The surprise winner, a big favorite among the Westminster crowd, had actually been retired until a week ago, and in 2004 nearly died from a medical condition.  Stump was ridden to triumph by veteran Westminster jockey Bubbles who joined his mount in a giant [...]

Congress Doesn’t Like it When You Lie to Them, Miguel

AUTHOR: | IN: Criminal Behavior | COMMENTS: None Yet

Houston Astros shortstop Miguel Tejada has been charged with lying to Congress when they had him in for interviews ahead of last year’s steroids hearings.  Of course, because Miguel is a wealthy baseball player instead of an average citizen, a plea deal is already in place, meaning nothing significant will happen as a consequence of the lies.  Evidently, being a baseball player who lies to Congress is a little like being a Treasury Secretary who cheated on his taxes:  No big deal.  Oh, wait, of course…there’s the stigma.  Now everyone knows Miguel is a liar as well as a cheat, [...]
