Dirk Nowitzki Has Relationship Issues

Something weird is going on in Dirk Nowitzki‘s love-life (via NBCDFW):

Dallas police arrested 37-year-old Cristal Taylor at the posh Preston Hollow home of Dallas Mavericks star Dirk Nowitzki.

Police arrested Cristal Taylor at the home of Dirk Nowitzki Wednesday afternoon.

Police wouldn’t speculate on Taylor’s relationship with the NBA All-Star. Sarah Melton, a spokesperson for the Mavericks, believed Taylor was “just staying at his house.”

Sources tell NBCDFW Taylor is Nowitzki’s girlfriend.

Investigators said Taylor was taken into custody on several outstanding warrants. The first was a probation violation from a corrections department in Missouri, the second a theft of service from Jefferson County, Texas.

Another report says Dirk himself requested a background check on Taylor, and when he found out she had 8 different aliases, well, I guess he decided to break off the relationship…by having her arrested.  And you thought text message break-ups were way harsh.
