The other day I unloaded on Sacramento Kings head coach Paul Westphal for his clueless coaching style and inane response to a little benign commentary from promising center Spencer Hawes.  In the above video,  Westphal hilariously low-fives Hawes and even gives him a chest bump.  Classic! Darrius Heyward-Bey is What We Thought He Was (So Far)

I’d love to report that presumed future bust Darrius Heyward-Bey shut up all the haters by having a huge first minicamp with the Raiders but…sorry: Wide receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey, the seventh overall pick of the NFL draft, missed a second straight practice Sunday with cramping, soreness and fatigue in his hamstring, Raiders coach Tom Cable said at the conclusion of the five-practice, three-day minicamp in Alameda.
